The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were tourists so they helped us sort out excursions and tailored to our needs exceptionally. They also made it very easy managing a group of 20 students who were on this trip. In addition the hotel was less than a 10 min walk from the metro (Nullo station/ Cibele station), so it made it very accessible.

Excellent experience staying at this hotel. Do not let the outside appearance fool you! The hotel was absolutely lovely inside, with beautiful, modern decor. If space is available (area is rather small and can't accommodate many cars), parking is within the property gated walls and quite secure and safe. Front desk staff was superb, especially Mattia, who was fluent in English and very, very helpful. I was very pleased with the lodging experience. My stay exceeded my expectations!

Very friendly staff...I came late at night, simething smelt beautifully and I asked, what do they cook. A minute later they brought me a plate of pasta with pistacchio at 11.30 pm...and never charged.

Staff who can speak English stays for 24 hours. access is not so bad because you can use subway.
